My recent attempt to buy glasses online was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. The website was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours just to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was utterly frustrated because I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. Now, I'm told I will have to be sent an email so I can type in the information that I already typed in on your silly website! The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. This incredibly negative experience compelled me to contact customer service, hoping for a resolution to this mess and to prevent further wasted effort.
Customer: "Hello, I'm calling because I just spent two and a half hours trying to order two pairs of glasses, and your website was completely dysfunctional. I couldn't save my prescription, and it was a terrible waste of my time."
