Glasses USA: My 2.5-Hour Website Nightmare & Prescription Frustration! 🤯🚫
I'm sharing my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Glasses USA. It was a complete nightmare, and frankly, I'm not sure I'll ever attempt to order glasses from them ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. My website was so messed up; it took me 2-1/2 hours just to purchase two pairs of glasses because I wasn't able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. Now, I have to wait for an email to re-enter information I already provided on their silly website! This prompted me to reach out to customer service, hoping someone could explain this mess.
Customer: I am so incredibly frustrated right now. Your website is an absolute disaster. It took me two and a half hours to try and buy glasses, and now I find out I have to re-enter my prescription via email because your site couldn't save it!
