I experienced this firsthand when I ordered, and despite their site saying “eligible for next day delivery” and me paying the $19.95 fee, I hours later received an email stating my order would take 3 business days. Where was next day? I felt compelled to share my experience and confront their customer service because this felt like a complete rip-off.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, and it's clearly not next day. Your site promised it, but my email says it will take 3 business days. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your concern about the delivery timeframe. I will submit your request to our billing department, and they will review it to see if a refund is applicable.
