Yet, the moment I confirmed my purchase, the coupon mysteriously disappeared from my receipt. It truly felt like a shady business tactic. I was compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because of this issue, compounded by their immediate assumption that I was lying, and then the cancellation of my order that I'd paid extra for two-day shipping, causing a frustrating delay.
